Our plan offers built-in savings on all preventative care services as well as savings off of most other dental treatments.
No deductible, no maximum. Plus, we’ve chosen to exclude a waiting period so you are able to use your benefits right away.
ADULT MEMBERSHIP — $50/month
This plan is for patients who receive regular dental cleanings and who do not have periodontal disease.
Professional dental cleanings (2/year)
Doctor exams (2/year)
Any necessary dental x-rays
Fluoride treatment (1/year)
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
10% savings off of most other treatment (including Invisalign, KOR Whitening, and most restorative procedures. Some exclusions may apply.)
PERIO MEMBERSHIP — $73/month
For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment for periodontal disease.
Perio maintenance cleanings (3/year)
Doctor exams (2/year)
Any necessary dental x-rays
Fluoride treatment (1/year)
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
10% savings off of most other treatment (including Invisalign, KOR Whitening, and most restorative procedures. Some exclusions may apply.)
CHILD MEMBERSHIP — $42/month
For patients age 12 and under.
Professional dental cleanings (2/year)

Lifetime Activation Fee: $99; waived for current patients.
Edina Dental Care’s Wellness Plan is a membership savings plan and not dental insurance. Membership cannot be combined with dental insurance plans or other discounts. Membership savings cannot be used for services covered under workman’s compensation, accident related, or employer liability programs. Enrollment into Edina Dental Care’s Wellness Plan is a 12 month commitment. Early termination of plan participation is at the discretion of Edina Dental Care.
